Executive Order On Border, The Truth Above The Noise, Enhancing Public Safety In The US Interior

Sunday, the US Department of Homeland Security closed part of the Southern Border to protect American Citizens from a group of violent migrants who charged the border, hurling rocks, and tearing down border fences, forcing their way thru barricades.
This AM, @CBP was forced to close the #SanYsidro POE to ensure public safety in response to a large # of migrants seeking to illegally enter the US. They attempted to breach legacy fence infrastructure along the border & sought to harm CBP personnel by throwing projectiles @ them

ACCORDING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY:
“Interior enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws is critically important to the national security and public safety of the United States. Aliens who illegally enter the United States and those who overstay or otherwise violate the terms of their visas have violated our nation’s laws and can pose a threat to national security and public safety. This is particularly true for aliens who engage in criminal conduct in the United States. We are charged with faithfully executing the laws of the United States and we will not exempt classes or categories of removable aliens from potential enforcement. The Executive Order No. 13768 entitled “Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States” directs our Department and agencies to enforce the law, and we will do so professionally and humanely.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will make use of all available systems and resources to enforce the law. DHS will also ensure that aliens ordered removed from the United States are promptly removed. The victims of crimes committed by removable aliens and the families of victims will also receive support from the Department.
SUMMARY Executive Order 13768
“On January 25, 2017, President Trump signed an executive order, “Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States,” which announced a massive expansion of interior immigration enforcement. The order defines enforcement priorities so broadly as to place all unauthorized individuals at risk of deportation, including families, long-time residents, and “Dreamers” (those who were brought to this country as children). The order also encourages states and localities to enforce federal immigration laws.
This is a change from the Obama administration’s efforts to scale back such initiatives and adopt policies intended to discourage abusive or discriminatory practices by local law enforcement. Finally, the order revives the constitutionally suspect Secure Communities program(which was terminated in 2014), orders the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to consider stripping federal funding from so-called “sanctuary cities,” and encourages additional criminal prosecutions for illegal entry into the United States. Overall, the Trump administration’s approach will have devastating consequences for immigrant communities and will undermine, rather than improve, public safety.”

Trump Was Right: Democrats Will Obstruct The National Emergency To Prevent Him From Building The Wall

On Friday after President Trump declared a national emergency, Democrats rushed to obstruct the President from building the wall on our southern border, as predicted. Speaker Pelosi made comments such as banning the 2nd Amendment if a Democrat ever got into office because “gun violence is a national emergency.” However, her comment was like that of tyrannical government, which is why we have the 2nd Amendment in the first place. The President is correct to declare a national emergency over border security when we have seen thousands of people in non-stop migrant caravans headed to the United States trying to cross illegally in less than a year through Mexico.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 16, 2019
The Democrats, including the Governor of California Gavin Newsom, have launched law suits against the President for using military funding to build the wall. Democrats are calling this declaration a “Fake national emergency” after President Trump said, “I could do the wall over a longer period of time. I didn’t need to do this, but I’d rather do it much faster, ” referring to the wall.
.@realDonaldTrump’s actions clearly violate the Congress’s exclusive power of the purse, which our Founders enshrined in the Constitution. The Congress will defend our constitutional authorities in the Congress, in the Courts, and in the public, using every remedy available.
— Nancy Pelosi (@SpeakerPelosi) February 15, 2019
Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer released a statement calling the national emergency unlawful and adding that all the reasoning that the President presented in order to declare his actions an emergency during his press briefing was a manufactured crisis. Senator Schumer, who during the Obama Administration called for a border wall and spoke against illegal immigration, is now saying that the President’s request for secure borders make America less safe.
The President’s unlawful declaration over a crisis that does not exist does great violence to our Constitution and makes America less safe, stealing from urgently needed defense funds for the security of our military and our nation.

In 1907, President Theodore Roosevelt build the fence in our southern border between the United States and Mexico through the Roosevelt Reservation that provided a 60 foot easement along the border for government use. The documents of his bill are still archived in the government website. Not only the President Roosevelt bill available but also the documents showing that the Executive and Legislative branch both agreed to build a wall during the Bush Jr. and Obama Administration where Schumer and Pelosi both were in favor of the border wall. It is unclear why the wall was not build in 100% of the border, but President Trump insists on finishing the project that begin over a century ago.

Angel Moms Join President Trump As He Declares National Emergency To Build The Wall On Our Southern Border

Today, Friday the 15th of February, President Trump held a press conference on his decision to declare a national emergency in order to get the funding to build the border wall on our southern border, as promised. The Angel Moms who have lost a family member at the hands of illegal immigrants attended the press conference as special guests to raise awareness about their situation.
(Angel Moms walking into the press conference moments before President Trump declared National Emergency on February 15, 2019.)
President Trump is working keep his promise to secure the border with a barrier that will help reduce crimes, “We are going to confront the national security crisis on our southern border and we are going to do it one way or the other, not because it was a campaign promise.” The President repeatedly stated the main types of crimes that come through Mexico and into our country are drug related, human trafficking, and gang related like MS-13. Most of these crimes trespass into our country from places where there is no border security or a fence to keep them out.
The President then mentioned the successful border wall that was built in El Paso, Texas where on the side of the Mexican border close to 2,000 murders took place in comparison to 23 homicides that El Paso had. Although it would be best to have zero murders, the number is still an improvement since the barrier was built in 2008.
Criminals have always found a way to break the law just like they go around the wall when they come from Mexico. The President said, “You can’t take human traffic, women and girls, you can’t take them through ports of entry. You can’t have them tied up in the back seat of a car or truck or a van. [border patrol] open the door, they look. They can’t see three women with tape on their mouth or three women who’s hands are tied. [Human Traffickers] go through areas where they have no wall. Everybody knows that. Nancy knows that. Chuck knows it. They all know it. It’s all a big lie, its a big con game.”
After multiple migrant caravans began to form in Central America and headed to the United States, the President sent the military and instructed them to put barbed wire on top of the existing fence and to fix parts of the fence that were falling apart. Two caravans that were intending to come into the United States illegally were broken up by the Trump administration. “We have another that we haven’t been able to break up yet,” said the President. However, Mexico and the United States are working together to get it done even though Mexico faces its own problems like the 40,000 murders being the highest in history. The caravan is formed with over 15,000 illegal migrants who continue to invade Tijuana, Mexico. “If we have a wall, we don’t need the military,” said the President.
“We are talking about an invasion into our country with drugs, human traffickers, with all types of criminals and gangs,” said the President as he then addressed the Angel Moms who joined him. “We have some of the greatest people I know. They came with me from the beginning of my campaign, almost from the first week, the Angel Moms. Unfortunately, we have new Angel Moms.”
(Angel Mom showing a picture of her murdered daughter during the press conference.)
President Trump addressed the Angel Mom’s situation; “One incredible woman who showed me her daughter, who we are talking about, killed in the year of 2018. I said ‘I haven’t seen you before,’ she said ‘No, I’m new.’ I said ‘that’s too bad.’ It’s too bad, it’s so sad.” The President instructed the woman to stand up, “Sit up just a second. Show how beautiful your girl is.” The Angel Mom then raised the picture of her daughter and showed it to the press.
“I have such respect for these people: Angel Moms, Angel Dads, Angel Families,” Said the President as he added, “I have great respect for these people. These are great people. These are great people. They’re fighting for their children that have been killed by people that were illegally in this country and the press doesn’t cover them. They don’t want to, credibly. And they’re not treated the way [they] should be. They’re fighting for other people.”
(Angel wife showing a picture of her small family destroyed in the hands of an illegal alien.)
“We have a young lady whose husband… please stand up,” the President instructed the woman as he briefly acknowledge the story of her murdered husband, “Just killed in Maryland. Incredible man just killed. Beautiful children won’t be seeing their father again. These are great people, they don’t have to be here.”
The President ran on a simple slogan: Make American Great Again. Although, he admitted it is not easy to make the country great if we continue to allow illegals and other criminals to destroy this nation as we ignore their crimes.
“I want to thank everyone for being here. I want to thank in particular the Angel Moms and dads for being here,” said President Trump, “our real country, the real people who love our country, they love you.” The President then said as he pointed at angel families, “Just want you to know that. I know how hard you fight and how hard a fight you’re having.”
Trump being Trump, he described his upcoming struggle to get the border wall done through his national emergency. “So the order is sign, and I’ll go in and sign the final papers in the Oval office, and we will have a national emergency, and we’ll then be sued, and they will sue us in the 9th circuit even though it shouldn’t be there, and we will possibly get a bad ruling, and then we’ll get another bad ruling, and then we’ll end up in the Supreme Court, and hopefully we’ll have a fair shake, and we’ll win in the Supreme Court just like the ban they sued us in the 9th circuit, and we lost and we lost in the appellate division, and then we went to the Supreme Court and we won.” The ban that the President referred to was on the countries that had high terrorism.

The President claims Mexico and Canada are indirectly paying for the border wall after he signed his USMCA deal that is bringing millions of dollars in trade deals. After using some of that money to invest in the military, he will then use some of the military budget to pay for the wall on our southern border.

BREAKING: President Trump Will Declare State Of Emergency To Build The Border Wall

Today February 14th, President Trump decided to take action by keeping his promise to his supporters and build the border wall on our southern border. After a long fight for two years, including going through the longest government shutdown in history, President Trump did not get the $5.7 billion he requested to build a steel barrier. However, Congress passed a budget of $1.5 billion, not giving the President enough to work with.
